She showed me a huge variety of framing options and explained all the different ways to frame my two items. She was patient with me while I took my time selecting what I wanted. My items were finished on time and look wonderful. I didn’t know what to expect to pay since I have never had something custom framed before, and I paid about $300 for my two items. This includes the frame, glass, mounting hardware, and assembly. Jennifer was very thoughtful as well–the print was a wedding gift and my husband’s and my parents had written us a note on the back of the print. Because the note was going to be covered, Jennifer made a photocopy of the note and placed it in a pocket on the back of the frame so we can still see it. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you!!
